EGG LAYERS

Rhone Rhode Island Reds are an old time, well-known American breed, which was developed in the state of Rhode Island. A distinct characteristic of this breed is their horizontal, oblong body, which is deep, broad and long, sometimes described as “brick shaped”. They are an excellent dual-purpose bird that efficiently produces large brown eggs. From the time they are chicks until maturity they may have white on the wing tips, but when they are fully matured they should not have any white feathers. Rhone Island Reds are available April 24-May 19, 2017 only.
$5.75 each, unsexed only, minimum order of 10.

Berg’s White Leghorn
The Berg’s White Leghorn is a very good feed conversion with a high rate of lay. Peak production by 28 weeks of age at a daily production of 94%.  These figures can be reached but peak depends on day length, feed quality, water quality, uniformity, floor space, temperature, along with bio security.  This seems like a lot to ask for but remember that in order for these birds to make money for you, you have to put in some money and time too.

PROPER PRODUCTION = BETTER PROFITS!
Available April 24 – June 9, 2017
